During the virtual appointment, we'll figure out together what your dream home needs are.

•

After the appointment, we'll compile a list of homes along with floorplans that match your criteria and send it to you via email.

•

Before an on-site tour, we ask that you obtain a prequalification from one of our preferred lenders.

•

Once we receive your prequalification, our agent will call you to schedule an on-site tour and to go over the selection of homes you will be touring.

•

Our agent will meet you onsite in the lobby. Under the newly established guidelines, no more than three (3) people, including the agent are allowed to tour the property at a time.

•

When you arrive onsite, our agent will ask you some health screening questions and you will also need to sign a Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration Form.

•

Our agent will go ahead and open the selected homes, turn on lights, open cabinets & shades. We ask that each person touring refrain from touching any surfaces to keep the spaces germ free.

•

Please follow physical distancing guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ("CDC") by remaining at least six feet apart at all times as well as wearing a face covering.

If you decide to move forward with a home, send your offer via email.

•

Once your offer is accepted, we'll get a contract drawn up for your dream home. Documents will be sent through DocuSign for you to review and sign electronically.
