GO WILD AT THE LA ZOO
The Zoo is now open. Go check out the more than 1,400 mammals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles. You can also take a stroll through the zoo’s botanical gardens which contain 800 different plant species and roughly 7,000 individual plants. Advance purchase is required with a timed entry. GET CREATIVE
The Broad Museum plans to reopen on May 26. The museum is home to the nearly 2,000 works of art in the Broad collection, which is one of the world’s leading collections of postwar and contemporary art. The great news is that tickets are free and will be available for online booking starting on May 12. RETURN TO A DOWNTOWN STAPLE
After being closed to the public for more than a year, sports fans are being welcomed back to the STAPLES Center. This means you can watch the Lakers, Clipper, and Kings in person but with some restrictions. Although it’s not the same fan experience, it’s good to have this downtown staple back!
