FOOTBALL IS BACK AT METROPOLIS

Are you ready for some football? Spend the Monday, Thursday, and Sunday game days watching your favorite team(s) in the ultimate viewing space. With 16 theater seats, surround sound, and a big screen, watch your team(s) tackle, punt, kick and score touchdowns in the state of art Theater Room at Metropolis. HAMILTON

Hamilton is back in Los Angeles and running now through January 2022. Based on the life of the United States’ first Secretary of the Treasury, the musical Hamilton gives a modern spin to the story of one of the country’s most prominent founding fathers. This innovative musical was written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, creator of the Tony Award winner In the Heights, and it tells of Alexander Hamilton’s rise to political power through a contemporary blend of hip-hop, rap, and R&B. You will need to be fully vaccinated to attend any performances through October 10 and wear a mask as well.

IMMERSIVE VAN GOGH
Where: 6400 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood (Former Amoeba Music Building))
Price: Tickets range from $50-$100 per person, $30 for children
This immersive 360-degree Van Gogh experience spans 64 projectors, 60,600 frames of video, and 90 million pixels. The imagery fills 25,000 square feet of exhibition space, reflecting on the walls and floor and multiplying in mirrored sculptures throughout three galleries. This is the largest Van Gogh Exhibit in the world and you will not want to miss it.

CANDLELIGHT CONCERTS

With countless candles illuminating LA’s historic cathedral, enjoy a concert by candlelight. This unique musical and sensorial experience features a series of candlelit concerts with some of history's most renowned composers—such as Beethoven, Mozart and Vivaldi—alongside prestigious contemporary composers such as Ludovico Einaudi, Ennio Morricone and Hans Zimmer. The Candlelight series takes place twice per night with back-to-back 60-65 minute performances.

STREET FOOD CINEMA

Street Food Cinema throws together an evening full of fun with gourmet food trucks, a blockbuster movie, and live musical performances.
