METROPOLIS VIRTUAL HOME BUYING
With an influx of changes transpiring over the recent weeks, one aspect that still remains the same is our sales team’s unwavering dedication to our community and clients. For the safety and well-being of our residents, visitors, and team, we have decided to take our sales gallery virtual – and yes, that means the home buying process as well! If the “Safer at Home” ordinance has you itching for a change and wanting to make your city living dreams come true, then now is the time to begin your search. Start by scheduling a virtual appointment, this can be accommodated via phone call or video chat, whichever suits your needs best. From there, a member of our team will compile a list of homes with floorplans that match your desires. You can take virtual walkthrough tours of your favorites and get a feel for which is just right. Once you’ve found the one you love, submit your offer while taking advantage of our Spring Deals and low-interest rates. Upon acceptance, your contract documents will be available for you to review and sign electronically via DocuSign. We can even arrange for your closing date to be scheduled further out, allowing for your walkthrough to be done in-person. Finally, a notary can come to you to sign and notarize your closing documents. We’ve made the process simple, in a not so simple time. Call to schedule your virtual appointment today, and let our sales team take care of the rest! (213) 493-5555.
MISSING HAPPY HOUR? BRING IT HOME
Just because you can’t go out for happy hour anymore, doesn’t mean you can’t bring the good times home! We’ve researched some local bars to see what creative initiatives they’ve put forth in effort to keep their doors open and drinks pouring.
Barcito- A modern Argentine bar-café merge located in DTLA’s South Park. Offering batch cocktails in servings of four or eight. Cocktail choices include Paloma, Pink Sangria, old Fashioned, Chegroni and Moscow Mule. Spirit bottles are being sold at cost, along with discounted bottles of white and red wine, and canned beer. Open daily from 3pm-8pm. Curbside pickup is available or opt for their free delivery service throughout Downtown.
Mezcalero- Located in the Historic Core, this cantina-like restaurant has become known for their unique offerings of mezcal and tequila cocktails. The mezcal-centric bar has turned their most popular cocktails into take-home kits. Featuring their famous Margarita, Pepino Grande Cucumber Marg, Burnt Offerings and Oaxacan the Garden cocktail. All kits include the mix, your choice of tequila or mezcal, and colorful garnishes. With a set up like that, it’s almost as if you’ve stepped into their bar. Enjoy order pickup and delivery from 11am-10pm daily.
Mumford Brewing- A family business found right on the edge of Little Tokyo, Mumford Brewing has been pushing the craft beer scene forward since its formation. Due to the closing of their taproom, the brewery has created a “To-Go” window located on Boyd Street available Mon-Fri 1pm-7pm and Sat-Sun 12pm-6pm. The brewery is known for its Belgian Witbiers, Northeastern IPA’s, Milk Stouts and more! To have delivery brought to your door, find Mumford Brewing on Postmates.
