RIGHT-SIZING FROM COUNTRY CLUB PARK TO URBAN HIGH-RISE LIVING
Residents Ky and Jamie recently right-sized from a 5-bedroom home in Country Club Park to a 2-bedroom modern condo. Featuring a grand open layout, their new home is spacious enough to fit their grand piano and let their fur babies Daenerys and Franchie roam freely. From all the perks that come with living at Metropolis, the couple raves that moving to a walkable downtown neighborhood has allowed them to better connect with their community and spend more quality time together. You’ll often find them gathering with their friends in the outdoor pavilion, socializing at community events or challenging neighbors to a friendly game of pool. Following a long day, Ky and Jamie love to unwind with a guided yoga class before treating their pup Daenerys to a sunset playdate at Metropolis’ community dog park. After their pick of a local favorite hotspot such as 10e, Beelman’s and Modern Times Beer, Ky and Jamie end their nights in cuddles with their beloved pets. Sometimes the best decision is to do a little right-sizing at Metropolis.
